Workshops

Social Media Made Simple
Often organizations wish their supporters and members would participate and connect more through social networks. What I realized is that many people are not comfortable enough with the networks to use them effectively. I designed this workshop for Montgomery Women to help members set up accounts, understand the settings, and learn how to use the social networks. This knowledge is beneficial to them personally and to the organization as well.

Here's a more detailed description:

"This hands-on workshop sponsored by Montgomery Women will cover instructions and information for beginners through advanced users on the most popular social networks: Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. We’ll begin by creating accounts for those who don’t have one then checking the privacy/security settings for each. After the basics are covered , we'll review best use practices then discuss how to use each platform to promote Montgomery Women, other organizations, your business, your professional career, or your candidacy."
